Tips:
The iodine, potassium and other substances in the kelp are attached to the surface of the kelp. If it is soaked too much, all the nutrients will be dissolved, which is a pity. So I think the soaking time should not exceed four hours.
After blanching the kelp, you don't need to cool it too much, just control the moisture.
