Marinated Pig's Trotters
1.
Preparation materials: trotters and other spices and seasonings
2.
All accessories except rock sugar are wrapped with gauze
3.
Wash the pig's trotter into a pot of cold water, add some peppercorns and cook together. After boiling, boil for a while to remove the blood (the peppercorns can be very good to remove the fishy, do not cover the lid when cooking to let the fishy smell radiate)
4.
Rinse the trotters with running water and put them in the pot again, add water to boil
5.
Then add the packaged ingredients and all the seasonings to boil, turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour until the trotters are soft and rotten (salt can be added later, and then added after the trotters are soft and rotten)
6.
Take out the trotters and drain the soup (don’t leave the pot immediately after cooking, you can simmer the trotters with a lid to make the trotters more delicious, and the soup can be chilled in the refrigerator after it’s cooled and used as a stew)
