Marinated Quail Eggs

Wash quail eggs and set aside.

Quail eggs in a pot under cold water.

Cook for 5 minutes and remove.

Break the egg shells with the back of a spoon.

Put all the spices in the saucepan.

Add water so that the amount of water is less than the quail eggs.

After boiling for 5 minutes, turn off the heat. It is better to soak it overnight and then eat it for a more delicious taste.
