Marinated Quail Eggs

A pound of quail eggs.

A packet of Wang Shouyi's halogen ingredients.

Put the quail eggs in the pot and cook for about 15 minutes.

After being cooked, remove and soak in cold water for a while.

Break the quail eggs one by one and soak for a while.

Tips:
If you want to taste more delicious, you can also soak it in brine for several hours before eating. Friends with a throat can also eat it directly. (I have tasted a few of them while cooking, so I added some more salt if they weren’t enough.)
