Marinated Smoked Chicken

1. Fly the chicken cleanly and wash with water.

2. Fry the sugar color.

3. Add proper amount of water to boil the fried sugar color, then add chicken and boil slightly.

4. The chicken beats up after cooking.

5. Heat the pan with oil and saute all the spices until fragrant.

6. Add water, salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, red yeast rice, sugar color and cook for a while, check the saltiness and aroma, and then add the chicken marinade.
