Mashed Potato Meatballs

Add glutinous rice flour and potato flour, chopped carrots, thirteen spices, salt to mashed potatoes

Add appropriate amount of water and mix evenly

Heat the oil to 50% heat, use chopsticks to pick up a ball of potato paste and put it into the oil pan

Slowly make all the paste into small balls and put it in the pot

Slowly flip with chopsticks while frying, to prevent the pot from sticking

When all the balls come up, it means the balls are cooked

Drain the oil, just out of the pot
8.
It's delicious, eat it while it's hot
Tips:
1. The amount of glutinous rice flour is the same as potato flour. If you like a softer taste, you can remove the potato flour;
2. The mashed potatoes are cooked and don't need to be fried for a long time;
3. It is not advisable to eat more fried foods;
4. Steam the unfinished balls before eating them next time. They are soft and have another flavor.
