Mashed Potato Okra
1.
1. Peel and wash the potatoes first, cut the hob into pieces and steam them in a pot, press them into a puree, add in an appropriate amount of salt and pepper, stir well and set aside.
2. Boil water in a pot, put a little oil, salt, blanch the okra, remove and slice in cold water for later use.
3. Find a suitable bowl and touch some cooked oil (the sliced okra is a bit slimy, so it will stick to the bowl), arrange the okra in order from the bottom, and then put the mashed potatoes in the bowl to compact (like eating You can also put some diced ham in the mashed potatoes), put it upside down on a plate and set aside.
2.
4. Put the right amount of water, oil consumption, light soy sauce, pepper (no need to put salt) in the cooking pot and bring it to a boil, add the right amount of water starch, the right amount of cooked oil out of the pan, and pour the prepared juice on the okra Just go on. (I have no experience in creating a recipe for the first time, please refer to it)
Tips:
Don't over blanch the okra, otherwise the sliced shape will not look good.
