Peel the potatoes, wash and soak in water for ten minutes, then remove them.

Tips:
Those who like to eat fatty pork can also add pork belly or other side dishes. You can use a special mold to fry, the shape is more beautiful. If you are impatient, you can squeeze the whole slice into the pan and fry it. I use Aixin and Mickey's molds, which are more time-consuming. The mold must be oiled first to avoid sticking and affecting the shape. Also, I use a flat-bottomed electric wok, which is non-sticky and can be steamed or fried.
