Mashed Potatoes

Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut into small pieces, and steam them for later use.

Steamed potatoes, add salt, and mash the chicken essence into mashed potatoes.

Use molds for mashed potatoes, shape them out, and place them in a dish for later use. I originally made a heart-shaped one and was eaten by someone. Then I replaced it with a cylindrical shape.. Minced meat, diced cucumber, diced carrot, diced mushroom, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and sesame oil were mixed evenly and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, put the minced meat and vegetables in the pot and stir fry until broken, add an appropriate amount of water to a boil. Hook thin gorgon. Add salt and chicken essence and pour on the mashed potatoes. If you like darker colors, put a moderate amount of soy sauce.
