Mashed Potatoes with Black Pepper

Peel off the skin of the potatoes, wash them, and try to choose yellow-hearted potatoes. The soft and waxy ones are more delicious.

Sliced and sliced potatoes are easier to cook.

The sliced potatoes do not need to wash off the starch, just put them in the pan and steam them in the pot, about ten to fifteen minutes.

Take out the steamed mashed potatoes, put them in a larger container and press them into a mash with a spoon. The potatoes are easy to mash when they are steamed, just a few tens of seconds.

Add a teaspoon of vegetable oil, a teaspoon of salt, and mix well.

Prepare a pack of black pepper sauce. You can cook it yourself without too much trouble, or change to another brand. There are many in supermarkets. Dilute the black pepper sauce with a little water and add two teaspoons of water starch to cook into a uniform sauce, because we need enough sauce to pour the potatoes, so it does not take time to cook, this step can be completed in one minute.

Pour the cooked black pepper sauce on the mashed potatoes and sprinkle with shallots.
