Mashed Potatoes with Meat Sauce

1. Wash potatoes, peel and steam them;

2. Meat, onion, pepper, green onion, diced and set aside;

3. 1 spoon of Korean-style soybean paste (yellow sauce is also ok);

4. Boil the spinach in boiling water, let it pass in cold water, squeeze it out, and chop it for later use;

5. The steamed potatoes are mashed and placed on a plate

6. Place the chopped spinach around the potatoes;

7. Pour the oil in the hot pan and add green onions when the oil is hot;

8. Stir-fry minced meat;

9. Stir-fry the minced meat and add 1 tablespoon of soybean paste (yellow sauce) and stir fry;

10. Add 2 spoons of soy sauce;

11. Add onions and stir fry;

12. Add chili and stir fry;

13. Water starch can be thinner, stir quickly while pouring over high heat, turn on the pot and turn off the heat;

14. Pour the fried meat sauce on the mashed potatoes;

15. There is no heartburn even if you eat spinach with it!
