Mashed Potatoes with Tomato Meat Sauce
1.
Cut the tomato into small pieces and the onion into cubes.
2.
Put a little corn oil in the pan, add chopped onions and stir fry over medium heat.
3.
Fry until the onion becomes soft and fragrant, add the tomato cubes and stir fry over high heat.
4.
After the tomatoes are fried out of water, mash them with a spatula, add the spaghetti meat sauce and a small spoonful of tomato sauce, and stir fry over low heat. If the sauce is too dry, add a little water. If there is no meat sauce, you can use minced pork instead.
5.
Peel and cut the potatoes into the steamer and steam them until they are cooked. The chopsticks can be pricked to the end to indicate that they are cooked.
6.
Add salt and pepper and press to puree while hot.
7.
Put the mashed potatoes in a bowl, use a spoon to press out the shape, and pour in the prepared sauce before eating.
