This is a special variety of lentils. It is suitable for being cut into shreds and fried with shredded meat. It is more bitter than ordinary beans, but it is not as fresh as ordinary beans after being fried. Its richness is embodied in a unique "fat".
However, there is a trick to remove this taint when cooking. Add a little edible alkali when blanching the water.

Meat Sausage Lentils

1. Ingredients: lentils, sausages, hot peppers, green onions

2. Cut the peppers, sausages, and green onions, and set aside

3. Boil water in a pot, put a little salt and a few drops of oil, put in the lentils, and blanch them.

4. Fish out for spare

5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onions

6. Add the chili and stir well

7. Add meat sausage and stir well

8. Put in the blanched lentils

9. Season with salt and MSG, stir-fry quickly and evenly before serving

Tips:

Blanch the lentils in advance to facilitate subsequent operations. It can also be cooked directly without blanching, but it must be simmered and cooked thoroughly by adding some water.
