Mei Cai Meatloaf

Wash the pork, then chop it, chop the chives into chopped green onions and stir evenly, add starch, salt, very fresh, white pepper, five-spice powder, and sugar to marinate for half an hour.

The Mei Cai should be soaked in advance. During the soaking process, I changed the water several times to ensure that the Mei Cai is not too salty.

Cut the soaked plums into small pieces and chop them.

Knead the mixed plum vegetable meat into a round cake shape with your hands, and fry it in the pan. Fry on one side until golden brown for about 8 minutes.
