The dried plums are soaked in advance, rinsed and drained for later use;

Tips:
The dried plums need to be stir-fried in advance and then boiled to taste and then steamed; the bacon must be placed on the top layer, the fat of the bacon overflows when steaming, and the vegetables and soy products in the lower layer will taste good after being absorbed into the soup.
