Mix flour, yeast, and salt, and mix with water to form a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap for proofing. Fermentation is complete when the dough is honeycomb-shaped and has many small holes. Knead the awake noodles thoroughly, divide them into small doses, and knead them into buns.

Brush oil, sprinkle pepper noodles, roll up from top to bottom.

Press both sides of the dough with your palms, or roll it out with a rolling pin.
