Melaleuca Beef Patties

Mix 250 grams of flour with 2 grams of salt and 15 grams of vegetable oil.

Add 145 grams of warm water to form a dough that is firm and soft.

When the dough is standing still, make the filling, wash and chop 300 grams of beef into minced meat.

Add a little salt to the minced meat, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, appropriate amount of sugar and black pepper, and then add half a spoon of sesame oil.

Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes, then add half a chopped onion, mix well and set aside.

Knead the rested dough again and divide it into 6 equal parts, about 60 grams per small dough.

Take a small dough, flatten it, and roll out a thin dough piece of about 20 in length and width.

Cut a knife from the center of the noodles, and then spread the beef filling evenly, leaving a quarter of the filling to avoid filling, not to fill the filling area, leave a little around.

Then fold up the unfilled dough sheet, then fold it on the side, and finally fold it all up.

Roll out the folded pie and pinch it all around.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan. When it is 50% hot, put the pie into the pan and fry on low heat until the two sides are golden brown. Take out and cut in half.

It is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. When you bite into a mouthful of beef filling, the juice will flow out. It is really delicious.
Tips:
1. The amount of water depends on the state of the dough, adjust it, don't add it all at once. After kneading, let it stand for some time. The dough after standing is tough, soft and easy to roll out.
2. When frying, fry on low heat and turn the noodles a few times in the middle to avoid frying.
