Mexican Chicken Tacos

Flour, water, and yeast are put into the bread bucket, and the kneading function is activated to knead a smooth dough.

Wash the chicken breast and cut it into finger-sized strips.

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, chili oil, and white pepper to the chicken breast.

Marinate for 15 minutes after mixing all the ingredients.

Prepare the bread crumbs, I use dried bread slices to roll out, or you can use bought bread crumbs.

Prepare cornstarch.

Shell the eggs and beat them up for later use.

After kneading the dough, leave it in a bread machine for 25 minutes.

The marinated chicken breasts are wrapped in cornstarch, put in the egg liquid and dipped in the egg liquid, and then covered with a layer of bread crumbs.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat it over medium heat until small bubbles appear at the bottom of the pot, and add the chicken breasts.

Fry the chicken breasts until they are oily, turn to high heat and fry for another minute.

Remove the fried chicken breast and drain it in oil.

Drain the chicken breast and place it on absorbent paper.

The dough is fermented.

The dough is divided evenly into 6 pieces.

Take a dough and roll it out thin, about 8 inches in size.

Brush a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan, heat it on a low heat, and put in the dough.

Fry the dough until there are small bubbles, turn it over and fry it. Cover the fried dough with plastic wrap or a wet towel to prevent it from hardening.

Wash the lettuce and drain the water.

Take a piece of dough and put it on medium-spicy mustard sauce. If you don’t have it, you can replace it with Thousand Island sauce or other favorite sauces.

Put lettuce, pickles and chicken breast on the dough.

Roll both sides of the tortilla in the middle, and the chicken burrito is ready.

The child liked it very much. I ate 2 of them in a row. It was really enjoyable.
Tips:
1. Deep-fried chicken breasts on medium heat, then fry for one minute on high heat before they are out of the pan. It is not easy to absorb oil.
2. Remember to moisturize the fried noodles, otherwise they won't roll well.
3. The mustard sauce can be replaced with other favorite seasoning sauces.
