Microwave Beef Jerky

Choose pure and lean beef as much as possible. Cut the beef into finger thickness and then cut into small pieces of about 2 cm.

Add light soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, and salt to marinate overnight, in order to let the beef fully taste, if you are in a hurry, marinate for at least 3 hours

Continue to heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, turn it over and heat for 30 seconds, add curry powder or chili powder
Tips:
Lean beef is better cooked. This microwave oven has higher power and shortens the heating time. The dry humidity of the finished product is just right. Beef jerky is also dry after a day of refrigeration in the refrigerator. For other microwave ovens, please increase or decrease the time according to the power. You can turn it over frequently once you make it, and you must change to a new plate when the juice is almost harvested, otherwise it will be mushy.
