Microwave Mustard Frog

Peel the frog and cut into small pieces.

Soak the mustard tuber with clean water and pick it up immediately. Cut the ginger into shreds and set aside.

Seasoning: Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, chicken essence, cooking wine and mix well, then drizzle with peanut oil and mix well again.

Add ginger shreds and mix well.

Put the frog into a deep dish, and spread the mustard on the surface.

Cover a special microwave oven dish, lift it up with chopsticks to make air holes

Put it in the microwave oven, select the steamed fish program, weigh 600 grams, and start (duration: 8 minutes and 10 seconds). After the program ends, start it again, select a time of 5 minutes, until the program ends.
Tips:
Cooking skills: The seasoning of frogs does not need starch, which keeps the meat fresh and tastes more delicious. The quality of mustard and ground chicken are very good, and they are both refreshing. If you have lotus leaves, you can use lotus leaves to load the ingredients, wrap them in the microwave and cook them to increase the lotus flavor and make them more delicious.
