Microwave Red Wine Chicken Wings

Soak the chicken wings in water for at least 1 hour. Change the water midway.

Cut 2 diagonally on the front and back of the soaked chicken wings.

Add shredded onion and sliced ginger.

Add red wine [a larger amount] oyster sauce and soy sauce salt, use your hands to grab the ingredients evenly), let the wings color and taste. Marinate for 2 hours.

Put the marinated chicken wings in a microwave professional box.

The honey is hydrated.

Brush the chicken wings with honey water.
8.
Close the lid [the lid must have vents], put it in the microwave on high heat for 7 minutes, turn it over and ding-dong for 7 minutes.
Tips:
When choosing a microwave oven box, be sure to use a vented box, otherwise it will burst. Don't put sugar and chicken essence when marinating, as it will be mushy when microwaved.
