Microwave Version Grilled Eggplant

Prepare mashed garlic, XO sauce or Laoganma hot sauce, soak the fans in hot water

Put the eggplant in the microwave oven for 5 minutes and then take it out

Cut the eggplant in half after taking it out

While the eggplant is in the microwave oven, you can prepare the sauce. After heating the pan with cold oil, add garlic, salt, cumin powder, pepper, xo sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, and add some water to boil

After spreading the vermicelli on the eggplant, pour in the freshly adjusted sauce, use chopsticks to chop the eggplant so that the sauce penetrates into it, and continue to put it in the microwave for 5 minutes

After removing it from the microwave, sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.
Tips:
Very simple fast food, you can adjust whatever flavor of grilled eggplant you like. The key is healthier than barbecue stalls. I don't eat the eggplant skins of ordinary grill stalls, but the microwave version can completely eat the whole eggplant!
