Microwave Wine-flavored Beef Jerky

Wash 500g beef

Cut into long strips and put in a bowl

Add 15g sugar, 5g five-spice powder, 5g salt, 8g curry powder, 30ml light soy sauce, pour red wine over the beef, stir well, put in the refrigerator and marinate for 1 hour
