It is the most convenient thing to use the bread machine to make medium-grown bread. Everything is left to the bread machine, so easy! After putting everything in place, you can go and play.
Because a lot of dried fruit is added, the texture is not very soft and dense, but the bread itself is delicious, fragrant and chewy. Don't try this recipe if you like soft bread.

Mid-type Walnut Dried Bread

1. Put the material (main ingredient) of the medium dough into the inner tube of the bread machine

2. Open the dough-making program

3. Just knead it slightly to form a dough

4. Ferment at room temperature to 4 times the size, with larger holes, and the dough will fall back. I put it next to the heater, about 3 hours

5. When fermenting, weigh the ingredients of the main dough, roast the walnuts, soak the dried fruit and drain the water for later use

6. Put all the ingredients of the main dough, except the butter, into the inner tube of the bread machine

7. Dried fruit and walnuts in the fruit box

8. Close the lid of the bread machine, select the sweet bread program, and start the bread machine

9. Put the butter in at the beginning of the second mixing, and then wait for the bread to mature.

10. Take out the baked bread and let cool
