Milk Popsicles
1.
Add 500g of water to the pot and boil until boiling
2.
Then add the sugar, stir to melt
3.
Turn down the heat and add it to the milk powder
4.
Then add a tablespoon of glutinous rice flour
5.
Turn off the heat, stir well, add a little salt to it at the end
6.
Let stand to cool, or speed up cooling with ice water
7.
Finally, pour it into the mold, insert the matching popsicle stick, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it for more than 6 hours!
Tips:
1. After finishing it, it was found that the milk powder should be put in the last place, so as to retain the nutrients of the milk powder and not be damaged by the high temperature! Correct it next time!
2. When taking popsicles. Put a basin of tap water, and soak the popsicle sharpener into the lower part, about a minute, and it's ready to take out! Or put it at room temperature and take it out in about 3 minutes!
3. Adding a little salt can make the popsicle taste looser and won't freeze into big hard pieces
