Speaking of it, making this waffle is entirely based on the fact that there is no milk but high flour at home. I originally planned to make a waffle with a kneading panel. Fortunately, there are some milk tea at home, so I use milk tea instead of milk to make waffles.

Milk Tea Waffles

1. Milk tea with sugar, salt baked chicken and stir well

2. Add the condensed milk and continue to mix well

3. Add eggs and stir well

4. Sift the powder and add it to the milk tea and egg liquid and mix well

5. Stir the batter through a sieve and let stand for half an hour

6. Pour the set batter into the waffle maker

7. Cover the waffle maker and heat it until the waffles are cooked through

8. Pour honey and serve with ice cream

Tips:

1. The milk tea I use is self-cooked, the tea taste is relatively heavy, there is no sugar added, if you use commercially available milk tea, the sugar in the recipe should be reduced by 20 grams; \n2, the stirred batter, let stand for half an hour, The effect of baking powder can be more prominent;\n3. If you want to be sweet, add a little salt, just a little bit of salt.
