Milky Red Bean Cake

1. Mix flour and milk powder in a large bowl

2. Salt, yeast, mix them well

3. Then pour in water and oil

4. Use a spatula to mix well to make the oil, water, and powder mixed thoroughly to form a very sticky dough

5. Pour honey red beans into the dough

6. Mix well so that the honey red beans are evenly mixed into the dough, cover the mixed dough with plastic wrap, and ferment at room temperature for about 40 minutes

7. Stir the dough again with a spatula to expel the air inside and make the dough smaller again

8. Put vegetable oil on your hands to prevent stickiness, knead a small piece of dough, knead it into a round shape and squash it (6 small cakes can be made) and let stand for 15 minutes

9. Spread a small amount of oil on the pan and fry the red bean cake on both sides over medium and low heat until golden. The fragrant milky red bean cake is ready.

Tips:

No need to add sugar, the sweetness is just right
