Millet Steamed Ribs

Wash ribs

Blanching, this step can be omitted, I am used to blanching

Add salt, light soy sauce, white sugar, oyster sauce, thirteen spice wine

Grab and mix evenly and marinate for a while

Soak the millet in water half a day in advance, wash and cut the beans and pumpkin

Pork ribs wrapped with millet

Add a little salt to the pumpkin and beans, add the remaining millet and mix well

Spread ribs and steam in the pot for more than an hour. The vegetables have absorbed the soup from the ribs underneath, so don’t worry about it being tasteless.
