3.
It takes time for potatoes to be steamed in the pot, so prepare other ingredients at the same time, wash the chicken breasts, and use kitchen paper to absorb the surface water.
4.
Chop the chicken breast with a knife and add a little cooking wine; PS: The cooking wine is purely personal preference, I think the taste will be more fragrant, if you don’t like it, you can leave it alone. Of course, you can put some other condiments to mix according to your personal preference.

After the onion and corn kernels are stir-fried, add the minced chicken and stir-fry again until the minced chicken is dispersed
9.
Add water, fresh shellfish, salt, and continue to stir fry; PS: Add water to reserve some soup so that it will not be too dry when mixed with mashed potatoes, so you can control the amount of water by yourself
10.
Add a tablespoon of black and white evaporated milk to the pot and continue to stir fry, the milk smells instantly
11.
Before serving, add crushed black pepper and sugar and stir fry at the end; PS: Adding sugar is purely a personal preference. Shanghainese like to put sugar in cooking. Everyone knows it. You can do it without adding sugar.
12.
It has been steamed for about 20 minutes, and the potatoes are cooked. You can use chopsticks to poke a hole to know if they are cooked.
13.
Mash the potatoes into a puree, add the minced chicken and corn that have been fried before, stir well, sprinkle some chopped parsley, and you're done!
Tips:
1. The potatoes are steamed directly without peeling, because after all the second steaming, you can dig directly with a spoon, which is more convenient;
2. If the potatoes are not steamed but cooked, then they can be slightly dried when making minced chicken corn, because the water content of the mashed potatoes will be more than that of the steamed potatoes.
