Minced Meat Carrot Pie

Wash the turnips and blanch them in cold water.

Chop finely and squeeze out the moisture.

Use the water squeezed out of the radish tassels to make the noodles, a touch of green. Cover with a damp cloth and hair for an hour.

Chop the pork into minced meat.
5.
Mix the radish, minced meat, and green onions, add salt, sugar, and oyster sauce to make a filling.

The dough is divided into small pieces, I like small ones, about 22g each.

The small dough is pressed into a thin sheet with a thickness in the middle and a thin sheet around it. Filling is placed on it and closed like a bun.

All are done and placed with the mouth facing down.

Squash.

Brush the pan with oil and fry the pie dough over a medium-low heat.

Flip and fry until the cake is cooked.
12.
Fresh small cakes with thin crust and full filling.
