Minced Pork Congee with Small Sea Fish

Chop a moderate amount of lean meat into minced meat.

Wash and slaughter small sea fish.
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and pour the small sea fish into the boil.

Add a few slices of ginger.

Cover the pot and simmer on high heat for 15 minutes.

After cooking, strain the fish soup, don't use fish, just soup.

Pour the filtered soup back into the pot and continue cooking, add the cleaned rice.

Tips:
You can add some salt and seasonings to the small fish after boiling the soup, but there is no meat.
