Minced Pork Potherb Mustard

Ingredients: 300 grams of potherb mustard, 50 grams of minced meat, 6 dried peppers, 3 slices of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic

Raise a pot of clean water, add 1 teaspoon of salt to a boil, then put in the washed potherb mustard, simmer until the stems and leaves become soft and remove

After cooling the potherb mustard in cold water, squeeze out the water and chop it, mince the ginger and garlic, and cut the dried chili into small sections. Add 0.5 tsp of salt, egg white, soy sauce, and oil consumption to the meat filling, mix well

After cooking the meat in the wok, add the potherb mustard and stir-fry until the water evaporates, then set it aside.

Heat up the pan, add ginger, garlic, and dried chilies to fry until fragrant

Add the mixed meat and fry until the color changes

Put the potherb mustard and stir-fry evenly, then it can be out of the pan
Tips:
1. Add a spoonful of salt to the pot when the potherb mustard is over water to keep the greens green;
2. Salt is put in the pot when the water is boiling, and salt is added when the minced meat is mixed, there is no need to put salt when it is fried;
3. Our family is addicted to spicy food, so we put more dried chili peppers. If you can't eat spicy food, you can reduce it by half.
