Mint Tofu
                            
                                1.
                                Prepare vegetables according to the number of people

                                Cut tofu, mince ginger

                                1.5 tsp of starch, half a spoon of white sugar, a little bit of vegetarian MSG (this vegetarian MSG ingredient is mushroom vegetables, available in vegetarian food stores), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (please refer to the list of accessories above for the exact number of grams)

                                1 tablespoon oil fry minced ginger, then add tofu, stir fry a few times, add a little salt and 2 tsp oil chili
