Peppermint tofu, efficacy: it can treat cold and nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose and other symptoms.

Mint Tofu

1. Prepare vegetables according to the number of people

2. Cut tofu, mince ginger

3. 1.5 tsp of starch, half a spoon of white sugar, a little bit of vegetarian MSG (this vegetarian MSG ingredient is mushroom vegetables, available in vegetarian food stores), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (please refer to the list of accessories above for the exact number of grams)

4. Add clean water for later use

5. Stir-fry mint with 1 tablespoon oil (mint without any condiments)

6. Stir-fry and serve on a plate for later use

7. 1 tablespoon oil fry minced ginger, then add tofu, stir fry a few times, add a little salt and 2 tsp oil chili

8. Add 1.5 tsp pepper powder

9. Add the prepared starch water, mix well and you can start the pot
