Miso Grilled Pork

1. Ingredients are ready

2. Shred the cabbage, soak in water for a while and set aside

3. Shred carrots, onions, and peppers

4. Pork thinly sliced along the stripes

5. Ginger and garlic are ground into ginger and garlic

6. Put the miso sauce in the ginger and garlic bowl, add the light soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar and stir to make the sauce

7. Put the cut pork into the sauce bowl and marinate for 5 minutes (the sauce is very salty, don’t marinate for too long)

8. Heat oil in a pan, add carrots, green peppers, and onions, and fry until 6 or 7 are mature and remove.

12. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds before serving
