Mix Dried Eggs

A bag of dried fresh eggs, wash cucumbers and carrots and set aside.

Take the dried eggs out of the bag and use a razor blade to form even slices.

Cut into even silk.

Cut carrots and cucumbers into even shreds.

Mince the garlic, cut the dried chili into sections, and chop the shallots.

Put the chopped eggs on the bottom of the pot, and put the carrots and cucumbers on top. Minced garlic, chopped green onion, and dried chili top.

Ignite the wok into the oil and heat it up.

Splash evenly on the onion, garlic, and dried chili.

Add salt, light soy sauce, MSG, sugar, and vinegar and stir well.
10.
Just install it.
Tips:
Seasonal vegetables can be matched according to personal preference.
When splashing oil, the oil temperature should be high, so that it will smell fragrant when it comes out.
