Mixed Enoki Mushrooms

Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms and tear them into small flowers.

Boil the water in the pot for one minute, remove the controlled water and place it in a bowl to compact.

Put the enoki mushrooms upside down in the plate.

Add salt and chicken bouillon minced garlic and mix well.

Spread the minced garlic on the enoki mushrooms and top with the spicy millet.

Pour hot oil.

Add vinegar and light soy sauce, sprinkle chopped green onion to finish.
