Mixed Fruit Crystal Ball

Prepared white jelly 50G

White granulated sugar 50G

Wash the fruit and cut it for later use

Bring the white jelly to the boil with cold water first, add white sugar and stir well, bring to a boil on the stove, stir while boiling, to avoid burning the bottom of the pot, stop heating when the water becomes transparent

Spread the fruit on the bottom of the bowl and add water like boiled jelly

Add jelly water to bowls one by one, let stand for about half an hour to condense

After condensing, cover the bowl on the plate and enjoy it (the ice in the refrigerator will taste better)
Tips:
1. When the jelly is heated, be sure to stir while boiling to avoid burning the bottom.
2. Don't add sugar when cooking the jelly, just add your favorite jam and condensed milk when you are done.
3. Try to choose fruits that are riper and softer, which will have a better taste; if the fruit is too sour, it will taste incompatible with the jelly.
