Stir-fried greens and greens are too oily, I don't like to eat greens in oil. I fell in love with the mixed vegetables by accident. The vegetables are really delicious when mixed~"

Mixed Greens

1. Take fresh green vegetables and cut off the roots, save the leaves for later use.

2. As shown in the picture, all the roots should be removed, leaving only the essence.

3. Wash away the stains on the greens

4. Drain the water and set aside

5. Boil hot water to boil

6. Add the greens and cook until boiled, boil for ten seconds, turn off the heat and simmer for one minute.

7. Remove the greens and drain the water. Add 1 spoon of salt, a little MSG, a little sesame oil, and two minced garlic. Stir well.

8. Presented. (Remove the remaining water after stirring)
