Mixed Lettuce Shreds

Lettuce, peeled and washed for later use

Light soy sauce and vinegar, add 2 tablespoons of cold water to mix the juice, chopped green onion, garlic slices, shredded pepper, prepared salt, chicken essence, and sugar.

Lettuce shredded and set aside

Put the oil in the wok to heat up
