Mixed Lotus

Wash the lotus vegetable and scrape off the skin

Thinly sliced

Bring water to a boil in the pot, add the cut lotus vegetables

Boil in boiling water for 1 minute

Tips:
This dish must not be stirred with chopsticks, but a pot should be used, otherwise the lotus vegetable will be broken.
