It’s too busy now, cooking all the vegetables is stewed mixed vegetables, in fact, the mixed vegetables are also delicious if arranged reasonably.

Mixed Vegetable and Egg Stew

1. Prepare the ingredients used.

2. Cut and wash the ingredients for later use.

3. After the eggs are boiled, peel them off, put them in a saucepan with the ingredients, and make a sauce. I used soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and a bowl of water.

4. Add all the water and sauce to the saucepan, and then wash the ginger and garlic into the pot.

5. Select the braised mode for cooking.

7. Then add onion and green onion to make fresh.
