Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice

Frozen mixed vegetables from the supermarket, with peas, corn and diced carrots. Rinse with water after thawing

Stir-fry mixed vegetables in hot oil for about five minutes.

Tips:
Salt is added to the mixed vegetables bought in the supermarket, so you don't need to add it when frying. If it is fresh vegetables, you need to add a little salt first. Otherwise, adding salt at the end is hard to taste.
