Mixed Vermicelli and White Fungus

After soaking the white fungus, tear off small pieces, put them in a pot and add water to cook.

Drain the white fungus after cooking.

The vermicelli is soaked in water and then cut into small pieces with scissors, and boiled in water.

Drain the cooked vermicelli and set aside.

Ginger and garlic, sliced, and sauteed with pepper in oil until fragrant.

Turn off the heat, add some soy sauce, no need to cook, as a sauce.
