Money Egg

1. After the eggs are cooked, put them in cold water to cool.

2. After peeling, use a slicer to cut the eggs into thin slices.

3. Put a little oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, dip the egg on both sides of cornstarch and fry in the pan.

4. Fry until browned, then take it out and set aside for later use.

5. Put green and red peppers, garlic and ginger in a pot and sauté.

6. Add the fried yellow egg slices, add light soy sauce, sugar and salt to taste.

7. Add chopped green onion at the end.

8. Spicy and delicious, best for serving!

Tips:

1. The eggs must be cooked until very cooked.
2. The egg slices can also be free of cornstarch, just be careful not to let the egg yolk fall off when frying.
3. If you don't like spicy, you can leave out the spicy millet.
