Mung Bean Garden

1. 1: Cut the prawn skins (my mother used fresh shrimp this time), bean sprouts, green onions, ginger, garlic, and coriander. 2: One part of mung bean flour plus two parts of flour, and the dried steamed buns. Putting steamed buns is mainly to make the garden soft. 3: The radish is shredded and chopped. Put it in with radish water. Put more radishes to make them delicious.

2. 4: This is the right thing to do after mixing

3. 6: Hold a spoon in one hand and save a garden in the other. Put it in the frying pan and fry it.

4. 7: The hot oil will be cooked until the garden floats up. 8: This garden is delicious for cooking and hot pot, or you can make a soup with coriander.

Tips:

This garden is my mother's specialty, and it is welcomed by my family and neighbors! It's only done every Chinese New Year. Known as "One of the special dishes of Grandma Si (my mother's surname is Si)"
