Mung Bean Sprouts Fried Cake Shreds

Buy the right amount of ready-made cake shreds.

Wash mung bean sprouts.
3.
Scallions sliced.

Heat the pan, add a proper amount of vegetable oil, (add more oil to avoid sticking to the pan when you put the cake shreds) and sauté the sliced shallots.

Add mung bean sprouts and stir fry.
6.
Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt, stir fry until mung bean sprouts become soft, add a small amount of water to boil.
7.
Add the cake shreds and stir fry.
8.
Stir fry over high heat and turn off the heat evenly.
