I made this rice today using the Supor Black Pottery Kettle Smart Rice Cooker. It is super convenient and delicious. The meal is served in one pot, suitable for lazy people.

Mushroom Beef Bibimbap

1. Wash the mushrooms and cut into thick slices, and cut the braised beef into small slices

2. Put oil in the pan and stir-fry the beef

3. Add 2 tablespoons of soybean paste and stir well

4. Add 1 small bowl of water to boil

5. 1 measuring cup of rice washed

6. Pour into the inner pot of the rice cooker

7. Pour into the mouth

8. Pour in the cooked beef, and pour it in with the soup

9. Add a spoonful of cooking wine

10. Add a spoonful of soy sauce

11. Add an appropriate amount of water to it. The overall amount of water is the same for normal cooking, and the amount of water is only 1 cm above the height of the rice.

12. Put it in the rice cooker

13. Turn on the power and choose Bibimbap

14. After hearing the buzzer, it's ready

Tips:

1. Soybean paste is already salty, so there is no need to add salt
2. The combined amount of beef broth and water is the same for normal cooking, and the amount of water is only 1 cm above the height of the rice.
