Mushroom Bone Congee

Put the tube bones, shiitake mushrooms, dried wooden fish, angelica, wolfberry and other medicinal materials into the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and boil the broth.

Wash the rice and soak in water for 30 minutes.

Take out 3 shiitake mushrooms, 3 tube bones and 1 piece of wooden fish from the broth. Use scissors to cut small pieces for the baby to swallow.

Put the rice and the cut ingredients, scoop out 6 tablespoons of stock (the ratio of rice to stock is 1:3), put them in a small stewing pot, cook for about 1 and a half hours before eating.
Tips:
The rice should be soaked in water for 30 minutes. It is easier to boil. You don't need to add the seasoning too early. You can add it when it is out of the pot, which is good for your physical and mental health!
