Mushroom Carob

Wash ginger, pepper, garlic, green onion, and shiitake mushrooms and cut.

Wash the beans and fold them into sections by hand.

Put oil in a pot to heat, put pepper and dried red pepper until fragrant.

Add ginger, fresh chili and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

Tips:
Put the garlic at the end to improve the flavor, the beans are not easy to taste, and the salt can be put in early to taste.
