Mushroom Chicken Claypot Rice

Boneless chicken thigh

Cut into long pieces, not too thin

Put the cooking wine and barbecue sauce in a bowl and marinate for 2 hours

Soak the rice for a short while after washing it

After the shiitake mushrooms are cleaned, 2 cut into small pieces and 2 cut flowers

Adjust the vegetable ingredients yourself! The last adjustment of the sauce depends on the amount of rice to increase the amount!
