I'm alone in today's dinner, so I made claypot rice more easily! Food in one pot!

Mushroom Chicken Claypot Rice

1. Boneless chicken thigh

2. Cut into long pieces, not too thin

3. Put the cooking wine and barbecue sauce in a bowl and marinate for 2 hours

4. Soak the rice for a short while after washing it

5. After the shiitake mushrooms are cleaned, 2 cut into small pieces and 2 cut flowers

6. Stir fry garlic slices in a frying pan

7. Add the chicken legs and stir fry

8. Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry together

9. Add some salt, light soy sauce, and sugar to cook together until the chicken is discolored and ready for use

10. Boil the choy sum with 2 whole shiitake mushrooms, add a little salt and oil to cook, remove and set aside

11. Oil the casserole

12. Add the soaked rice and then add some water and oil to start cooking

13. After boiling, turn to low heat and stir with a spoon to prevent sticking to the bottom. Continue cooking until the rice has small holes

14. Add the fried chicken drumsticks and shiitake mushrooms, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes

15. Add an egg and turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes

16. Add choy sum at the end

17. Stir-fried chicken legs and shiitake mushroom juice can add or adjust a sauce: 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp sugar, 0.5 tbsp sesame oil, add appropriate amount of cold boiled water and mix thoroughly

18. Pour the sauce on top and stir evenly

Tips:

Adjust the vegetable ingredients yourself! The last adjustment of the sauce depends on the amount of rice to increase the amount!
